PetFix Northeast Ohio is seeking part- and full-time veterinarians for its stationary HVHQSN clinic.

Summary of Essential Job Tasks:

- Examine animals prior to operation to determine their ability to withstand
surgery.
- Perform spay/neuter surgeries in accordance with PetFix protocol.
- Examine animals post-surgery to identify potential problems and ensure proper
healing, as well as supervise any post-op rechecks.
- Make recommendations for any follow-up care.
- Document and maintain proper written records for all pre-op, surgery and
post-op notes.
- Ensure that all cleaning is properly completed in a manner effective in the
prevention of infectious and zoonotic diseases.
- Properly respond to any emergency calls.
- Perform euthanasia on critically ill animals with the consent of the owner or
caregiver.
- Perform periodic reviews of the work performed by Mobile Clinic Veterinarians
and report any findings to the Board of Directors.
