Did you purchase SCAVMA merchandise at the 2011 MVC?

At the 2011 Midwest Veterinary Conference, The Ohio State University Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medical Association (SCAVMA) conducted a merchandise sale. SCAVMA’s credit card machine was used for electronic transactions and an error occurred at the close of the sale. All transactions performed on Feb. 25, 2011, were never processed.

After working with the club’s credit card company, SCAVMA has corrected the issue and is now able to re-enter these failed charges. If you participated in the club’s sale and used a credit card to pay for your merchandise, please be advised that a transaction will be posted within a few days. SCAVMA would like to emphasize that your personal information has in no way been compromised.

SCAVMA would like to apologize for this error, as well as the delay in resolving this issue. Any questions or concerns may be directed to SCAVMA’s president, Randy Bond (bond.131@osu.edu). SCAVMA sincerely thanks you for your understanding, and, on behalf of all student clubs at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine, thanks you for supporting our clubs by participating in our merchandise sales.
