Want a rewarding position where you help homeless pets become adoptable so they can find their furever homes and help owned pets, so they do not get surrendered to a shelter? Want to never have to talk to clients about money? Join our amazing and passionate team! We believe every person deserves to have a pet and we never turn away any pet because the owner cannot afford spay/neuter or core vaccines.

We are seeking an experienced spay/neuter surgeon to perform cat and dog spay/neuter surgeries at our high-quality, high-volume nonprofit clinic one or two days a week. Our environment is fast paced, with a caring and enthusiastic staff committed to reducing pet homelessness. We focus our services on shelter and rescue pets to prevent euthanasia, low-income family pets to prevent beloved pets from having to be surrendered to a shelter, and community cats so they do not reproduce unchecked and overwhelm shelters during kitten season each year.

The workday is 7:30 a.m. until surgery is completed, typically by 3:00 p.m.

Competitive benefits include paid license fee, CE allowance, paid holidays, paid time off, discount pet services, and a 401(k) plan with an employer match.

A qualified candidate must be a dependable team player and have strong surgical skills.
