After working as a small animal\/exotics associate veterinarian for 10 years, she started the Highland Veterinary Clinic in Akron in 2002. Nancy currently serves as Vice President of the Ohio Veterinary Medical Licensing Board, is a member of the AAVSB\u2019s RACE committee, and previously served on the OVMA Board of Directors.
