He prosecutes animal cruelty cases all over the state and has represented humane societies in more than 50 of Ohio&#8217;s 88 counties. Holland frequently conducts continuing education courses for attorneys, humane agents, law enforcement officers, veterinarians and the general public, and is an Adjunct Professor of Animal Law at both Case Western University and Cleveland State University.
