Hill’s adds to list of products recalled for high vitamin D

Hill’s Pet Nutrition has added another variety of canned dog food to its list of recalled products that have been pulled from circulation since January, following reports that they contained too much vitamin D.

The following product is affected by the recall:

  • Hill’s Prescription Diet I/D Canine Chicken & Vegetable Stew
    • 12.5-ounce cans
